Fellpack - Keswick

The serving staff, although lovely, seemed a little unsure about the gluten-free offerings. While the food was enjoyable, I did unfortunately react that evening. This place might be suitable for gluten-sensitive, but I would not recommend to coeliacs.

The Menu is great, lots of gluten free options, in-fact it looked like the majority of dishes were gluten free, even the deserts, they had the most amazing brownies I’ve ever had, and they were gluten free as standard, other dishes you would normally expect to have gluten were in-fact GF as standard. The staff seemed knowledgeable, They did not have flags etc. But when they brought the dishes out, they stated what was gluten free. The food here is amazing by the way. Really high standard food. I am very sensitive to gluten and would have known if I had any. But was absolutely fine. I did not ask about kitchen practices, however I felt they knew what they were doing, if I go again I will ask some more questions.

Menu has clearly marked GF options, better variety of choices than most places. Quick friendly service. Enjoyed the pulled beef in wine reduction, companion loved his (nonGF) meal too
