Fast service. Fresh food. Nowhere to hang coats and very uncomfortable seating. Competitors McDonald’s and Burger King Are very much more advanced. If these Hesburger guys actually opened the downstairs area this would be a lot better.

Fast food service, horrible packaging, if you order 4-5 drinks they just hand it to you but dont put it in the bag nor have a cup holder type thing that other fast food restoraunts use so ordering takeout better bring your own bags and cup holders for transport. When i was visiting it the place was very dirty all the tables or most of them were not cleaned at all

Cool location and great Hesburger quality you can count on. Slow service, tea came with no tea bag and we had to ask for it. Ketchup costs extra, which surprised us.

Quite a long wait for a fast food place. And no covid control
