Some glaring issues with the app, connectivity and communication of preferences via the app. When ordering in store, they meet all of my requests for toasting the bread plain, cut into 3 pieces and even throwing some eggs on at the last minute with a smile : However, ordering via the app leaves much to be desired. The food quality has been inconsistent. I will say, the manager reached out to me regarding my concerns and did say that he would follow up with the staff. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I miss the days of being hooked up like the younger guests in front of me with their meat/steak subs. My toasted cheese philly and veggie sub peppered with meat and brown lettuce wasn 't it tho. 3 for 3 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really shitty employees it's just the mood and the amount of stuff they put on the sub‍
