Usually I get a good service here, but today was a whole different experience. I ordered 3 pizzas a filled crust pep, a three meat and an ultimate Supreme. Easy. I placed my order at 6:39 and did not receive my order until 7:30. All the time in waiting I can hear the chefs play essentially in the back. When the cashier (and I know it's not his fault) finally placed me after a woman next to him and whispered that my order was ready and offered me a 2 liters if I wanted it to take another 5 minutes until the cashier called me and he tried to say, oh I don't know it's just sitting here. I told him that I saw the woman introduce it a few minutes there and that it was an hour, everything he said was appalled. After I just shook my head and left, I open my pizzas at home to find the absolutely worst cutting order, because the slices were just terrible if I could even take them apart. Smh I usually have such good experiences here
Little Caesars is the best place to get pizza quickly. That means if they're not too busy. Only one head up when they tell you 5 minutes assume it will be longer than that. But then it was very interesting when I and my father waited for our pizza and chicken wings, who called the names of people, and half of them did not even appear. For example, they mentioned the name of a man three times in a time of 15 minutes, and he was nowhere to see. In fact, people looked around every time they wondered where he was. Finally, about 20 minutes passed and my father went to ask if our food was ready. Ironically, it was ready for more than 10 minutes and they had never called their names. I know because I and Dad both listened carefully. Besides, they gave us our pizza first and my father said where are our wings? To whom the cashier I suspect was a high schooler, casual said you want wings? And my father confused, of course, said good because we paid for them. Luckily, the manager fixed the confusion. In the end, the food was great. But the service could overtake something. A bonus thing to mention while we waited for food came a gentleman and asked how long we had waited. I said we waited for 20 minutes, even though they said it was only 5 minutes. He then said, "Hmmm, I assume that I will go to HEB, buy my order, then come back. We all had a good laugh and fortunately my food was ready.
The last orders with little Zeasar were terrible. Our orders were not prepared as an order. The employee asked me when I wanted to pick up orders. That should have been a sign to hang up and cancel the order. When we stood there to order again, our order was still wrong. Come on, L.C., this is your only job and still can't do it right. Set managers who really want to work. I'm sorry it won't be ordered again.
My thin crust Supreme was anything but crispy. Very few toppings. Did not live up to their normal expectations. Lady that took the order acted like she was doing me a favor, seemed bothered when i asked questions. Just Unfriendly. Maybe greeting customers and thanking them for the business when they leave would help. After all Kerrville has a bunch of pizza places other than Little Ceasars . I was really disappointed with the service and the food. Not sure when or if I will be going back there. ?
