Chili's Grill - Kerrville

I've made a point to stop by this chili place every time I've visited Kerrville for over 10 years, and it’s definitely my favorite spot for chili. The outdoor seating offers a lovely view of the river. The service is generally very good, and even on a not-so-great day, it's still quite satisfactory. The food has always been consistently delicious.

Our server was friendly, respectful, and quick with our drinks, remembering all of our requests. They even brought an extra plate for our toddler, which is often overlooked in many places. The food was excellent, and we have no complaints. I ordered the Queso Burger, and I’ve tried this burger at three different Chili's locations, as well as about ten times in another state. The Queso Burger at the Chili's in Kerrville is by far the best I've had from any Chili's. I would definitely drive back just to have that Queso Burger again!

Good atmosphere, good food and good service. Set outside on the patio to view the river. Good time.

I went for lunch and ended up leaving hungry because I waited 30 minutes for a salad that never arrived, which made me late getting back from my break.

The service can be inconsistent. I’ve left a few times simply because I wasn’t acknowledged. However, the food is consistently good.
