Chick-fil-a - Kerrville

The staff was extremely friendly, and the service was prompt. The food was fresh and absolutely delightful.

When I asked about our order, the staff member seemed confused initially and asked me what we ordered. After checking the receipt, he found our sandwiches and asked if that was correct. I told him no, that we had ordered something different, and we were still waiting for our sandwiches. As we were getting ready to leave, a woman approached us and handed us some coupons, apologizing for the long wait. Despite the initial confusion and lengthy wait, we left satisfied in the end thanks to the manager’s efforts and the apology, along with the coupons.

This restaurant is my granddaughter's favorite spot for chicken sandwiches and their Pommes Combo. I went there for lunch to treat her and the family. I also ordered a shake, which was really delicious. It's always quite busy there!

Can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The staff is super and very helpful.

Overall, it's quite a solid restaurant, although the menu lacks variety. For a couple of years, my family ordered from here every other Friday, so I have a positive experience with the place. However, as I grew older, I noticed that the company made some questionable donation choices. That said, this location supports the local community through rewarding programs, so I can’t fault it for the poor decisions of its parent company.
