The employees at this location are carefree regarding wait times for customers. Then when the order was wrong for our dine in order, they were like oh well no biggie oops. Was able to get my money back right away but really disappointed. Location inside isn't the cleanest. Dirty looking behind the counters and those oh so fun sticky floors. Not good.
Only customer inside and had to wait to give the order. Door dash and drive thru was more important. They also didn't give me a receipt.
Frisco Burger,Drive thru. Was old and cold. Called store Bryson or Bryce says he 's Manager. No refund! No replacement of product. Says ordered thru.App and they have no control?? Wow...rude on phone. Took order back he refused a refund. He refused to replace order. Was real rude on phone then in person tried to use Sir sarcasticly.Beyond comprehension to me. Zero customer service I 've left request online for a callback. Please if a District Manager sees this please call me! Termination of Bryce would please him I am sure. Refund me or at a minimum replace this pre-made burger. By the way Bryce admitted could have been precooked and simply just assembled once ordered. I have been a customer all my life 64 years. Unreal this person 's demeanor,and disposition. He should not be in a person contact position. Was skeptical at first with the grade being a 95.5, which these days that grade is common, and with the parking lot being empty. Glad I proceeded to eat at this specific restaurant! Very clean, service was good and the employees were great!
