The pizza was soggy. I returned it to the kitchen to be cooked longer, but when it came back, only half of it was reheated and the other half was still soggy. I was told the manager was cooking it, which was surprising. I really wish I had taken a picture; it's such a shame because it used to be very good pizza.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the waitress was extremely attentive.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and a generous selection of beers. However, there were some shortcomings. The seating hostess was quite disorganized, and the menu items seemed unhealthy. It was frustrating to see six wait staff members chatting at the front, seemingly unaware of the customers who needed assistance. They also don’t have a table covering policy, which was surprising. At one point, a member of the wait staff had to call the manager to address the lack of service, even though the restaurant was only half full. Despite these issues, I believe the place has potential if they can improve their organization. Surprisingly, I'm willing to give them another chance, as everyone can have an off day now and then.

**A word of advice: save your money and seek out some genuine pizza elsewhere—Little Caesars would be a better choice. What was once a staple in K Vegas has deteriorated into a subpar establishment that feels like a glorified Pizza Hut, complete with an unnecessarily extensive menu, mediocre food, and a kitchen staff that seems unable to properly count or prepare their dishes to match the prices they charge. We placed a takeout order that was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes, and we arrived in 20. While the food was on time, the experience was disappointing. I ordered 10 medium wings but only received 8 mild ones instead. The homemade chips I had requested were served ice cold, lacking any warmth. As for the pizza—a cornerstone of any pizzeria—I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pie, but what I got was an oily, poorly topped pizza that could have easily been served by a mall Sbarro for half the price. The crust was tasteless and felt like eating cardboard. I also ordered steak tacos for $11, expecting two small soft tacos, but what I received were those same small tacos filled with overcooked meat that could only be described as the lowest grade of steak. For comparison, Chipotle would give you three loaded tacos for $2 less. Overall, we spent $42 on a meal that barely met acceptable standards for a family of four. I won’t be returning anytime soon.**

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is delicious, the variety is impressive, and the service is excellent. It’s always a enjoyable spot to dine.
