I had the crispy chicken burger combo it was really good an so was the fries

They never provide sauces with their strips, even if you pay extra. I once received cookies that were torn in half. They always take too long to prepare food. Their management and service are terrible. Every employee has a specific job and they do not use the drive-thru properly, leading to ruined orders.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. It had the worst service I have ever experienced. How do they run out of cookies? We asked if they could offer us something different as a replacement, since it was part of our meal. Carolina rudely informed us that she could only provide cookies. When we got home, we realized that our meal was incorrect and they refused to make it right. We will never dine there again.

They always forget the utensils and never give the cookie with the meal

The fries were extremely crunchy and tasted stale. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious as usual.
