The best thing about Gloria Jeans at Stockland is not just amazing coffee, it is also the fantastic staff. Always smiling and very happy. Jodie and her team makes my day brighter one. So a very big thumbs up for being simply brilliant.

Great coffee and served by a lovely lady named Sam, she’s always super friendly and has a great smile!

Not too bad. Average. But they need to improve their milkshakes. Their large size is too small and they mix in other flavours i.e. sometimes Salted Carmel and whipped cream in the shake, compared with other retailers in the shopping centre. I'll purchase my vanilla milkshakes elsewhere until they improve them. I will try them on the odd occasion, testing their milkshakes and comparing them with others.

Amazing coffee and food. Dropped my food and they replaced it even though it was my fault. Lovely staff. Highly recommend this store.
