On The Border Mexican Grill Cantina

So it was super busy when we went yesterday, but were able to get in. About a 5/10 minute wait. The service was great. We did get over charged but didn't catch it until we got home. The salsa is a wee spicy but that's just me. We got the biarra tacos I got 3 and my boyfriend got 2. They are really good! And the queso is really good. With rewards you can get 2 dollars off with it on the queso. Service was really good and I really liked our waitress.Update: They reached out, and I have coupons coming for the over charge. Have not arrived still.

We had a great time, and Shaun, the bartender, gave us excellent service on food and drinks! We left him a nice big tip!

This place used to be wonderful but for the last 2 or 3 years every time I 've been in, I have had horrible service because they have no staff. Today thought I would give it another shot and the hostess (Sophia) apparently had an issue of mistaken identity and forgot to call when our turn was up. Instead of the 25 mins I was quoted I waited almost an hour and when I went to ask for an update she said oh I 'm sorry I thought you were someone else. You take down a name and phone number and have a list ..you go down the list as tables open up and call the next person who is in line. It 's not rocket science Sophia. How could there have been mistaken identity. You clearly just didn 't want to give me the table because of some bias. Definitely closing the door on on the border after this experience.

The food was delicious. I loved our waiter and I would really recommend coming here.

We had a large party. We were seated pretty quickly. Our waiter was really on the ball.Vegetarian options: Several of us choose vegetarian dishes. I didn't hear any complaints from anybody.
