Biggby Coffee - Kentwood

Went in to the store. I was the only one to be served. 3 workers. Took over 15min to make my one drink and bagel. 8 cars came and went through the drive thru. They all got prioritized above me. What a trash business model.

I always get good service here… But today was amazing! Can't say enough good things about Sammy!! Great service, so friendly and kind! My coffee drink was great too!?

Delicious chocolate chip cookie and hot chocolate. Was there from 7 to 7:30 pm on Friday night. Lovely.

Food service was fast and friendly but don’t go here for free WiFi. There’s no password posted, and the staff insisted no password was needed. A password was needed. The staff said “other people come in and don’t need a password.” These are probably people who have been in before and were lucky enough to be there when a staff member was working who knew the password. Usually once you go somewhere once and get the password, you don’t need it in the future. This is why the password should be posted.

Great service, great coffee drinks. I appreciate I can use my metal thermos.
