Every time I have ordered from them through DoorDash, something has been messed up, whether it's the bread, meat, or vegetables. I have come to believe that if I order online, it will not be what I wanted. The food is great when dining in person, so it doesn't make sense why there are always mistakes with online orders.
Do not order online from here. I swear every time I order from this special place thru doordash, they always screw up something. whether brot, meat or vegetables. at this point I am convinced that if I order online, it will not be what I wanted. this place is great in person, so it just doesn't make sense.
The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. It is a wonderful place to order from if you are fluent in Spanish, but not as simple if you only speak English. Due to our masks and the partitions between us, the staff and I had some difficulty communicating, exacerbated by a language barrier.
I usually avoid writing negative reviews, especially for a restaurant like Subway where I know what to expect. However, today I had a disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese bread to be toasted, but the order was repeatedly made incorrectly. The first attempt was steak instead of chicken, the second attempt was turkey, and finally, I received the correct chicken filling. Unfortunately, the sandwich was missing the bacon and cheese I had requested, and it was not toasted as I had asked. When it came time to add veggies, my order was also mixed up with onions, olives, and banana peppers instead of onions, spinach, and jalapeños. Despite the friendly staff, I have had several similar experiences at this location and am hesitant to return. I am giving them 3 stars because of their customer service but hope for improvements in the future.
I went to this restaurant with a coupon but they refused to honor it. While I understand it is their decision, I will not be returning for future purchases with or without a coupon. Additionally, I don't think the no tip touch button actually works, so you have to manually select the red x button on the keypad to proceed. The lack of attention to customer service is disappointing. Furthermore, they were out of most of the promotional items such as the foot long cookie, pretzel, and churro. Overall, it was not worth the visit. I would suggest finding another Subway location to dine at.
