I called the store to inquire about the charge, not asking for a refund but simply wanting to understand why I was charged that amount. To my surprise, the staff member explained that there was no record of a “double cup” order in the system, and that the $6.89 charge was for something else entirely. I appreciated the helpfulness of the woman I spoke with on the phone and assured her that I wasn't trying to scam anyone; I just felt like I had been scammed by the cashier. I have a dash cam that recorded the entire interaction, but I’m not looking to escalate the situation further. I just wanted to share my experience as a warning. I recommend everyone ask for a receipt when making purchases, as something similar could happen to you too.
I specifically requested my drink with light ice, but it was filled all the way to the top for no reason. I understand this doesn’t really result in a loss for the restaurant, but it’s frustrating. I won't be returning.
The Lavender Frappe felt like it had enough lavender flavor, which is great, but it wasn't complex enough to drink that much of.
I asked for no ice and even it said on the order no ice in my drink and they proceeded to add ice in my drink this has happened several times already.
