Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza - Kent

This morning I called at 11:30 to place my order, but the girl on the phone seemed unhappy. When I arrived at the drive-thru around 11:47 to pick up my order, the same girl was short and borderline rude. I found out she was the only employee working and was very busy, although being busy is not an excuse for poor customer service. I understand the challenges of running a business alone, but it is not safe or sustainable. I am giving this place two stars as a reflection of the poor management in leaving someone to run the business alone. What if she needed medical attention or was robbed? It is not safe or cool. My order was correct and delicious, but I feel sorry for the girl who works there and wouldn't be surprised if she leaves for a better job. Take care of your employees and do not leave them to run the place alone. Let's prioritize their safety and well-being.

The restaurant was extremely clean, had great customer service, and was very fast! We really appreciated Cura's suggestion to combine two medium pizzas to make a family size, and they were very friendly. Keep up the good work! They also have a good variety of gluten-free options available.

The customer service and cleanliness at this restaurant are fantastic. My favorite dish is their large stuffed baked potato - delicious!

I guess the staff didn't want to work when I went in. Asked if they had pre-made pizza or did I need to start a new order and they respond with no you have to cook it I said I understand that I need to cook the pizza but I'm in a rush and wanted a premade raw pizza if they had any available, they again responded sir you have to cook it One more time I told them I understand that I have to cook the pizza, that I would be getting an uncooked piece of dough with cold veggies and meat on it, but did they have any premade raw dough with cold veggies and meat on it that I could buy really quick because I was in a rush. You guess it sir you have to cook the pizza, we don't have ovens I really think they were just messing with me so they didn't have to work, lost my business.

The staff here are extremely friendly and they were very fast at putting my order together. Even though they were busy, they still made time to be polite and funny. They seem to have a positive work atmosphere.
