I don't think there's anything particular about this bakery that makes it stand out, but it's a cute little bakery situated inside 99 Ranch Market, so it's convenient to visit after a grocery shopping trip or after a meal at one of the restaurants in the mall area. The baked goods are solid and they recently had a mini revamp, so it looks even more organized compared to before. The prices are also very reasonable and it's the perfect stop to make when you're craving some Asian bakeries! They have cakes, dim sum items, pastries, beverages and an assortment of breads/cookies- which are also discounted after a certain hour.
Quality is going downhill. The stuffing was only filled a quarter of the bun. I know the inflation is high but I would rather you increase the price than deceive customers.
All steam dim sums are no good, steam bao had little meat and lots of dough, steam sweet rice in lotus leaf had little meat and bland, steam shrimp balls very bland and the dough thick and break apart. Sui Mai had lots fat cubes. Steam Dim sum used to be very decent, I don't know the new chef or new owner. All steam dim sums are very bad. All the bake pastries are decent!
This place is great! They have dim sum and cake at really affordable prices. Even save me a trip by offering free candles for the birthday cake I ordered. Highly recommend!
Self-serve style bakery with great dim sum plus sweet and savory Asian pastries. Store front is always clean and checkout is fast and friendly.
