I stop at this place every morning and ilove it. The restrooms are clean, the people are great and the service is fast.

Took forever to get my food, was ok, about what you'd expect for mcds

I come here often but that’ll be changing after my experience this evening. I placed a mobile order, came to pick it up and waited forever as usual for my food.. fine. Finally I get my food, fries cold of course, straw in the bag but no drink. I anxiously await the girl to come back to the window but she’s too busy hiding behind the wall with another employee, looking out to see if and why I’m still there. Instead of chatting it up behind a wall about a customer wasting everyone’s time, next time maybe communicate with your customer. And btw, I paid $2 extra for a coke that was already on my order because I simply was already too agitated to sit there and waste any more of my time going back and forth with people that already don’t care as it is.

Does the owner ever show up the be the leader. You need people. Not a kiosk. When the staff sees you they hide. Message to the owners you must run and manage a business they don't operate by themselves. ??

Do not like the self order no one acts like they want to help the
