Kfc - Kent

I ordered takeout from this restaurant. No one answered the phone at first. A child came out and asked which order I was here to pick up, but then disappeared. Finally, someone answered the phone and said they would prepare my order, but I ended up waiting for 10 minutes. Does it really take 20 minutes to get an order of popcorn chicken?

I went through the drive-thru and my order took longer than expected to prepare. They asked me to move forward and said someone would bring it to me in 12 minutes. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes, and when I called to inquire about the delay, they informed me that they had given my order to someone else. This resulted in an additional wait time to prepare my 12 honey BBQ wings. In total, I waited 40 minutes for my wings.

I absolutely adore everything about KFC, but I recently tried their new chicken sandwich combo with cole slaw and diet Pepsi. The sandwich had a peculiar sauce that tasted odd to me, and every time I took a bite, the sauce made the experience unsettling. It would be much better if they simply used mayo and pickles, in my opinion. On the bright side, the cole slaw was fantastic as usual.

A nice place to hang and relax with friends or alone. I love how cozy the place was.

Today I was really pleasantly surprised by KFC's new chicken sandwich and special recipe. In recent years I have only ordered their chicken pot pie because I wasn't enjoying much of the rest of their products. That all changed today!!!??? Those two items were fantastic! I would say as good as Popeye's and the chicken was actually better than Popeye's. KFC'S crust is flavorful and crispy. The breast meat is real, flavorful, moist and delicious ! Wow! Blew my mind and taste buds. Also, I have not been a big fan of their fries. But, the new special recipe fries were pretty darn good! Mind and buds blown a second time. I took a couple pics as well. I'll be back. ?
