I have been going here since I graduated high school in 2001. Went to college on the east coast and lived in California, and neither location could provide the quality and consistency he achieves daily. When I have friends from out of town visit this is always my first stop with them.

I challenge anyone to find better sushi in the Seattle area. Very reasonable prices. Kazu's sushi is no frills authentic and the best. The fish is excellent quality and he knows how to season the sushi rice the right way.
Kazu taught me what amazing sushi was. We wandered into his tiny place one day and had the best sushi we'd ever had. Come to find out he was a true sushi chef and had studied under a master sushi chef in Japan for 7 years. Master Kazu, you'll probably never read this but I hope you are enjoying your much deserved retirement! Thank you so much, I hope you are proud of the joy you brought so many people.
