I had a disappointing experience with my reservation. Even after calling to confirm on the same day, they ended up canceling it. I wouldn't recommend this place for a big event.

One of my favorite spots to visit! The food is delicious, and there’s a fantastic variety to choose from. I also really enjoy their beer selection, especially their excellent IPA.

The food, service, and staff are all outstanding. It's a fantastic spot to catch sports on numerous TVs.

Food quantity and quality are excellent. Ordered the ribs and the plate was massive with food. Wait staff very friendly and helpful. A tad bit slow service, but it's a busy place. If you're in a rush, go to McDonald's. Otherwise, order a drink and relax. My only quibble with JP's is the noise volume. It can get pretty loud, and conversations need to happen with raised voices which adds to the volume. Certainly not a deal-breaker, though.

We’ve eaten here handful of times and its usually good but we came in for lunch during the week and our spicy chicken sandwich was one of the worst sandwiches ever. Dry, no sauce, barely any toppings, bun over toasted and chewy. We split it so just dipped in ranch and moved on with our lives. Since we ate it we did not ask for a discount, and still tipped the bartender well because it wasnt his fault. We did say something and the reply was,”yeah, our cook on tues/wed isnt working out well”. 1 sandwich and 2 drinks each and was 110 after taxes and tip. Not going back here for a while. Get it together…. Sick of restaurants having mediocre food lately and charging too much.
