The Cross Keys - Kensington and Chelsea

Second visit last year or so. overall an average experience. some positive, did negative the meerbraue. the top brands of my partner said it was excellent. the wine list. very cheap, much on the glass. I wish others were. the voignier has pointed marks. Chessboard was extensive and liberal with the sides (biscuits, toast,) which are often distributed by other institutions atmosphere, was generally good fun of buratta, great disappointment. tomaten were quite tasty and the buratta itself was like pesto cream cheese. not what was expected to be lamming on the hollowed lambbone. probably it should be like a pig...read more

You know, I love a good gastropub. affordable weine, high-quality beer on the tape and in the rule some of the most amazing bar snacks to crack. fortunately, all this quality is close to me because my locals have the cross keys all this – and a little of the old school chelsea rah. crowd wise I am not gong to lie, it depends on whether they are used to the Chelsea disciples – they are loud, brash and competitive. fortunately, I am much too used to them, so it is unobtrusive – but for some it cannot. if you see the past and go back to the restaurant, then they are for a tasty, full of delicious...read more

Great atmosphere and very good service. Many fun and DELICIOUS house made cucumbers gin. Have fun.

Sunday lunch was delicious excellent beef. Beautiful bright environment and quiet enough to chat. Pet friendly too.

This is a hidden gem in Chelsea that has fed locals for over 10 years. Ambience very demanding and yet comfortable, exceptional wine list and great menu and staff.
