Nando's - Kensington and Chelsea

The staff and service at this restaurant are amazing. They are very welcoming and exceptional. I came here with two friends on a Friday night for my birthday and was taken care of by Iva and Puria. They even surprised me with a free birthday cheesecake, which was very thoughtful and kind of them. The staff also came around to wish me a happy birthday. The restaurant is clean and spacious, and the staff are quick to assist and check up on you. They truly go above and beyond to create a lovely atmosphere. The food is served quickly and hot, and we also tried the new mac and cheese side, which was delicious. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work and exceptional customer service. It really makes a difference. I will definitely be back soon!

We were seated right away and the food was delicious. It was messy, but incredibly flavorful. The staff also had a great sense of humor.

I stopped by this restaurant while I was out and about. It was very small, very clean, and the staff were lovely. We were seated immediately and our food arrived within 19 minutes. Overall, I couldn't fault it.

The wait staff who were all ladies were super Sweet and very caring. The food was great and the service made it even more memorable!!

Our first time at abandons…. Sad to say the time it took to get seated 45 minutes. Not worth it. Hostess was friendly, but the restaurant was understaffed. Food was ok but not worth the wait.
