Caffe Nero Notting Hill

We received excellent customer service from the barista named Chris at this restaurant. The coffee was delicious, and Chris was very helpful with answering any questions we had. 5 stars!

This is the worst Caffe Nero I have ever visited. It is unattractive and outdated.

This café is lovely, serving great coffee and delicious pastries. I highly recommend it!

We visited on a Sunday morning and the member of staff on duty was very pleasant. We sat upstairs although the ascent up the stairs was a bit hazardous when carrying hot drinks. Nevertheless, the coffee was fine and the sausage roll good.

After having to wait for 15min for my soya pistachio latte because the poor newbie barista was left alone while the manager Fabrizio was upstairs; it was served iced while I asked it hot so I waited 5 more minutes for it. Then, it didn't taste like pistachio at all. So I asked politely for more and they put a little bit more saying that it's extra (still didn't taste much like pistachio). And it was now cow milk instead of soya milk!! When I explained the situation to the manager Fabrizio, asking if they could have a nice gesture, he looked at me with a fake smile, very condescending saying firmly NO and that they already offered me an extra pistachio syrup. I said that I will complain further up then, to that he responded that he doesn't care because he's leaving the company soon. Ok then..
