Perhaps it was just a bad day, but on this particular occasion, the cleanliness and overall experience were lacking.
My group had lunch at Cafe Nero around 2pm. The restaurant wasn't very crowded, so we were able to find a seat easily (which is rare in London!). The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food we received. They were able to heat up our toastie, panini, and pastry, which were all tasty. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. We also ordered a side of rainbow salad for £1, which rounded out our meal nicely. I would recommend Cafe Nero for a pleasant and light lunch option.
The drinks were satisfactory and there was no wait, but that's the only positive thing I can say about this restaurant. The coffee was lukewarm, the restrooms were dirty and unkempt. The overall appearance of the establishment was shabby and neglected.
The coffee was nice but very poor atmosphere, 3 members of staff argued among them themselves very loudly the whole time i was there. Toilets were a disgrace!!
Great coffee stop always pretty busy but worth the wait as the coffe served is always good quality regardless of who make sure it's
