Little Caesars Pizza - Kenosha

New Years Eve party . Ordered 4 pizzas for our kids at 1pm to be delivered at 6:30. Received an email at 7:00pm refunding our money and never delivered the pizza. Called the store. They were closed. Thanks for screwing my kids over.

This place is so mismanaged!! The slogan is “Hot-n-ready” but nothing is ever ready!! EVER!!! Between having to have exact change and waiting half hour for food is crazy!!

Would rather rate ZERO stars if I could! ordered a classic sausage and a 3 meat online. E-mail confirmation said it would be ready between 6:12-6:17pm, half an hour after my order. When I arrived at 6:12, the pizzas weren't in many. while waiting, two other customers canceled their orders and went out. a hired, although short and clearly super busy, decided to take a break. another employee offered a customer she personally knew to wait for free crazy brot. I'll wait as long as he asked for free crazy brot. the hired told me that she had none to offer. they gave her only a few, above all others of us. they save time, money, headaches and discrimination and go somewhere else.

Here often no problem in the just well ordered. I don't know who I went out for her to make my pizzas like that. all pfefferoni's lumps only in a few spots on the pizza, did they just throw off the whole cheese that was on my two pizzas? pretty amounts of sauce in one area, no sauce at all in others. you have to say it must have taken hard work to destroy a pizza so badly, or the chef is just the stupid one or the other. or so I won't be back. only terrible

I just drove across town to find out my order had been cancelled. I understand that staffing is short, but more than an email notice 15 minutes before the pickup time would have been helpful. That may seem like enough time but especially when it is via email is ultimately very unhelpful.
