Little Caesars Pizza - Kenosha

I ordered online and had to wait two hours for my pizza, wings, and crazy bread. The staff seemed to prioritize their own schedule over the customers, and many people were left waiting for a long time. I won’t be stopping here for pizza again unless they hire a new team that can work more efficiently.

This Little Caesars location is at best disappointing. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes beyond my expected pickup time, and even then, my order was incorrect. While I understand that staffing issues can arise, in this case, it didn't seem to be the issue given the number of employees present. The staff that were there lacked both a sense of urgency and basic customer service skills. Even if the pizza had been ready, there was no rush to deliver it to the customers.

The service and attitude of the staff at this restaurant were truly terrible. My husband went to pick up an order I had placed online, but when he arrived, they claimed they didn't accept online orders. He explained that the order had already been placed, yet they insisted it wasn't ready, even though my pizza was cold and clearly finished. To make matters worse, the pizza was undercooked. Making pizza isn't particularly difficult, and they failed to do it properly. It's frustrating that they have a job yet can't seem to perform it correctly.

Despite my complaints below I still give 3 stars because they make the pizza every time good and the staff is nice. I have let it go the last few times I have ordered here; but I am completely tired of ordering food an hour before time and still have to wait over 15 minutes for my order.... how is an hour before time not enough time to make 2 individual pizzas that are supposedly hot and ready?

Placed my order at 6:30pm and got my confirmation that the Pizza was going to be ready between 7-7:05 got there at 7:10 and ask for my order and person there told that it wasn't ready that it was going to be ready within another 20 to 25 minutes. And make things even better you got person making the pizzas not wearing gloves touching the monitor in front of him bare hand and then back to putting cheese without even washing his hands. And also talking the entire time while making the pizzas and you can see as he's talking small drops of his saliva falling on the Pizzas that he was prepping. Disgusted
