Little Caesars Pizza - Kenosha

Despite my complaints below I still give 3 stars because they make the pizza every time good and the staff is nice. I have let it go the last few times I have ordered here; but I am completely tired of ordering food an hour before time and still have to wait over 15 minutes for my order.... how is an hour before time not enough time to make 2 individual pizzas that are supposedly hot and ready?

Placed my order at 6:30pm and got my confirmation that the Pizza was going to be ready between 7-7:05 got there at 7:10 and ask for my order and person there told that it wasn't ready that it was going to be ready within another 20 to 25 minutes. And make things even better you got person making the pizzas not wearing gloves touching the monitor in front of him bare hand and then back to putting cheese without even washing his hands. And also talking the entire time while making the pizzas and you can see as he's talking small drops of his saliva falling on the Pizzas that he was prepping. Disgusted

This place is trash... I order. Pizza online wen I get out from work. It took me 40 minutes to get there I gave them as extra 10 minutes and my order still wasn't ready. They said 20 more minutes. If I'm going to wait 1 hour I'm going to get some real pizza. I cancelled my order I will not be going back

The price is good. Definitely not the best pizza in town, hot and ready are never ready usually wait time is 20 minutes. I ordered through the app. The app said to visit the cashier instead of putting the code in the box. The lady saw the order waiting there when I asked for it and proceeded to put them in the box for me to put in the code. This was not my first time and the time before last we picked up the pizza from the cashier so I'm not sure what the problem was. My mom likes to order from this place otherwise I wouldn't bother. They need another location or friendlier staff.

This place is disgusting. I waited 1 hour for a door dash order while other people came in, ordered, and left within 5 minutes. Other people in their shared my frustrations. Ended up dropping the order because it was peak pay for Door Dash and I already missed out on an insane amount of money because of their laziness and unprofessional attitudes. I get it, it?s Little Caesars, but 1 hour for ?Hot and Ready? Pizza is a joke. Never come close to this restaurant, I hope they close soon.
