Ihop - Kenosha

My husband and I went for a late dinner at 8 pm on a Sunday night. There were only a few customers, including us, and the restaurant had just been cleaned, which was a good sign. Our waitress, Alba, greeted us enthusiastically and apologized for any wait, although it was only a few minutes. She was an excellent server, managing everything by herself with a smile. Despite the food not being as good as it used to be at IHOP, with smaller portions and lack of different syrups, we still enjoyed our meal. The standout of the evening was our server, Alba, who made our experience wonderful. She is the reason we will be returning to this IHOP in the future.

I had a great experience dining at IHOP last week. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. When I first arrived at the parking lot, I thought they were closed because the windows were so tinted, I couldn't see inside. They should consider putting up an 'open' sign in their west and south windows. The wait staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The Breakfast Sampler I ordered was excellent, with perfectly cooked eggs and delicious ham, sausage, and bacon. The pancakes were also the best I've ever tasted. I will definitely be making IHOP my regular dining spot from now on, especially because I enjoy breakfast at any time of the day, even for dinner. Overall, my dining experience was five stars.
