Hortible hort terrible location love arby’s, but these people are a sweat there never opened when they say they are I try to confirm if they are open and guess what no one answers to the phone that ever works there, they fire all and start?

Closed on Sunday when they are supposed to have a deal when the packers play. How are you supposed to redeem the offer if they arent open?? Called them today to get food for my family and they dont answer the phone to find out if they are actually open. After calling repeatedly finally someone picks up just to rudely tell me to leave a message and stop calling. Decided to get something else. Very poor management.

Like the new food menu. Today I was disappointed because I ordered the 2 for 6 chicken sandwiches. When I got home to eat the sandwich I was surprised that it was chicken tenders on a bun. Not good at all. Had the chicken sandwich before and told me wife it was better than the other restaurants, disappointed.

Love Arby's. Sadly however for months I keep doing by for my favorite dessert. The triple chocolate cookie. Every time I get the same response. We aren't selling desserts Take it off the menu if you're going to go over 5 months of the same response. Fix yourself Arby's. For your customers and your employees sake.
