The Rock Wood Fired Pizza Kennewick

Unfortunately, our experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. Our server seemed overwhelmed and struggled to keep track of our table, which resulted in mismatched silverware and water for our guests. They forgot to bring the chicken for the salad, didn't provide extra napkins, and failed to clear the finished dishes promptly. Additionally, it took an unacceptably long time to fulfill our requests. As for the food, it was mediocre—the salad was limp and not fresh, and the pizza arrived barely warm. Overall, we likely won't be returning.

During our visit for the Washington State Gymnastics Championships, we were unable to secure a large reservation through OpenTable. However, the staff at The Rock were outstanding in accommodating our group and ensuring we were seated together. The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic.

I had heard mixed reviews about this place, which made me a bit hesitant to visit. However, upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and the waitress took our order promptly. The pizza was delicious—perfectly cooked and not soggy at all—and it came out quickly!

Horrible service, we sat down at 6:30PM. Ordered app drinks and food. Never got our app, food came before drinks. We then had to ask for app to which she responded she forgot along with the drinks. A couple sat down behind us and had gotten their drinks before we did. We didn’t even get water. Terrible service and I will never go back.
