Shang Hai - Kennewick

I don't care if the food tastes like dog food I haven't had yet. A pregnant woman went in when I was in my car and waited for the job, and I saw that one of the employees did their job for her because it was great. That's what you call customer service! Next to the woman who was able to take my order while she took someone out because she could notice it. I will return! Five stars!

The quality of food is stellar. Hot, fresh, delicately moist. Service is excellent, they really take care of their customers. Owners and employees are very concentrated and working hard. Always enjoy a meal here.

Friendly staff, delicious authentic food, great prices and open late. They offer very generous portions and a clean, casual culinary experience. What is not to like?

I've been here since I was a kid. Fried rice is addicted. The noodles are great! Loves the almond fried chicken. And the egg blossom soup has beautiful, crispy peas in it! It's all so good! No change!

Love that they have gluten free options! I usually get the honey sesame chicken, broccoli beef, and then fried rice. They have an amazing sweet and sour sauce too!
