We've been visiting this restaurant for the past four years, but it's disappointing to see that its quality is gradually declining. We went there for dinner on a Friday night and were let down by the experience. The service was lacking; it seemed like our server was inexperienced and unsure of her duties. We waited around 10 minutes just to receive our water. To make matters worse, our main courses arrived before our appetizers. The margaritas had very little flavor and hardly tasted like alcohol. Overall, the food was just mediocre, though the prime rib—which they’re famous for—was decent. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Delicious comfort food all around. The service was friendly and attentive. It's an excellent spot to take guests to give them a taste of our community. Food rating: 4/5.

I was delivering uber orders. I waited at the counter for 6 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I was wearing a bright red shirt so I know they didn 't miss me.There were 4 tables sat inside and one outside. I saw 4 different wait staff. When I was acknowledged they said, Are you uber? Then walked away. In fact I 'm writing this review while I 'm still standing in the restaurant waiting for any information at all about the order. It 's been 13 minutes now. Terrible customer service. Just awful.When I told them about my experience the waitress just said, Okay. And walked away. Horrible.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and absolutely loved the atmosphere. The food was fantastic and truly delightful. I also appreciate that it’s a family-friendly establishment. The portion sizes for kids are perfect!

Had a good kids menu including breakfast/brunch items. The fries are great, very crispy outside!Food: 4/5
