Black Rock Coffee - Kennewick

I went in to place my order, but there was only one person working. After I ordered, he left to serve someone at the window and made their drinks before coming back to me. When he returned, he forgot what I had ordered.

This place doesn't live up to the images it portrays. I was disappointed to find that it had more of a coffee shop vibe, rather than what I expected. The baristas and staff at the checkout weren't very friendly, which made me feel unimportant. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.

The baristas here were incredibly rude and snobbish! If I could give zero stars, I would. I won't be returning to a place where both baristas rolled their eyes at me. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Awesome coffee, we feel it beat the other guys hands down.Friendly service, cost, speed, everything was spot on.

Asked for a kids hot chocolate... It was way too hot for my kids to drink. Please train that a kids drink should probably be made to be at a safe temperature...The drinks are good and strong.
