The Honey Baked Ham Company - Kennesaw

I ordered a ham for the holiday, paid for it to feed 12 people. Unfortunately, it did not arrive on time, was much smaller than expected to only feed 4 people, and was dry. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

We were given a bag of Hawaiian rolls that were covered in mold. Not a great start. Update: We ended up throwing away the bread and quickly replaced it from a store because we were hosting a get-together. Unfortunately, the day after consuming the rolls, all four of us (adults) who ate them got sick. We will not be coming back to this restaurant. The standards at this location need to be reevaluated and improved.

The service is consistently excellent at this restaurant. It's a fantastic spot for a high quality lunch at an affordable price.

I pre-ordered the half ham online, went to pick it up during pick up window and it was not ready. They hadn't even started it. They gave us another ham instead that turned out being super smoky and salty. There was not a hint of sweetness from honey. It was a definite let down from years past. This was the first time I used the Kennesaw, Ga location so could just be poor quality control and/or management. I would not recommend (this location anyways).

I’m sorry but why the actual heck am I placing an order for pick up at 5pm today 1.5 weeks ago, just to come in and 1. Their pick up system is horrible. 2. You are literally preparing it after the fact. They are literally take and bake, they should all already be prepared. Why are you pulling orders for everyone individually when people have all pre-placed orders? Just get them all picked out ahead of time, and have them in a pick up area in the fridge and/or freezer bagged up. I don’t understand why I’m waiting 25 minutes after I get there to get it. It’s ridiculous. People plan pick up orders to work with their schedule, and this really defeats the purpose of it. Thank you for listening to my rant :
