Pizza Hut - Kennesaw

They usually get my order right, but on my last visit, I received chicken instead of fries. I still love this place and will definitely return soon!

As someone who works in customer service, I believe it's important to either stop taking orders when you're overwhelmed or politely inform customers that you're busy. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. I never received my food and didn’t hear from anyone afterward. Save yourself the trouble and don’t order from this location!

I waited two hours after placing my order, only to be told they didn’t have any dough! UNBELIEVABLE! I could have made the pizza myself, washed the dishes, and still had time to watch a movie before being informed they had no dough. I even had to call to find out why it was taking so long! Terrible customer service!

Almost a 3 hour wait for food is crazy. I placed an order for delivery and they said my address didn?t pop up in their system for dispatch, even though I announced my address at least 3 times. No offer for their mistake or anything. Customer service could have been way better for the inconvenience.

I have had food from Pizza hut across the world. But this locations has let me so down that I don't even think I will order Pizza from Pizza Hut again !! Order all done wrong. Dry. Burn. No. No. No. In Kennesaw area, better try Jets Pizza. Much better.
