Papa Johns Pizza - Kennesaw

Ordered paid online, says 10 minutes, get there in 25. Pizza wasn’t started they said. Left came back, they give me a random Door Dash order under MY Door Dash name, I ordered online with an abbreviated name. Very scary weird. Only 2 stars bc we ate the random order, had no more time to play with them.After coming reading the reviews, I’m actually just gonna delete my account ? this location is actually so bad that it’s funny

This Papa John's always gets my order right and the food is always cooked to perfection.I've been coming here for about 5 years now. The only thing I can say about the pizza is sometimes they don't put enough cheese but everything else is fine.The staff is always kind and courteous, but sometimes the customer service is inexperienced. I believe this is because they are always hiring young people who don't understand the importance of the service business and hospitality. At the same time, I've never been denied a service or courteousness for anything.

Excellent service from the store itself, horrible service from the call center. When placing an order by phone press 5 and order at the store directly.

Had a lot of issues with getting deliveries on DoorDash for this store while the store is closed. Driving over here for nothing

Pizza was way undercooked and I have no idea what they were thinking. The veggies were fresh. But too much thin crust WorksYes I have ordered this at least 20
