Papa Johns Pizza - Kennesaw

We ordered pizza at 6:20 on a Friday night, and our experience was less than satisfactory. First, we were charged three times on our credit card. When we called and spoke to the manager about the overcharges, he informed us that it would take 2-3 business days to refund our money. We were told our pizzas would arrive within 20-30 minutes, but they never showed up. When my wife called back over two hours later, she was told we didn't have an order at all. It’s safe to say we won’t be returning to Papa John's.

Order online and gave plenty of time before going to the store. when i got to the store, was told the order got deleted and not made. had to sit and wait for the entire order with no customer service. no comp for the issues. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Just ran around the corner to pick up a pizza from this location. I haven 't been there in a year. Not my favorite anymore as their quality and service overall has declined over the past several years. They emailed me saying my reward points were about to expire if I didn 't make a purchase... So I 'm at the counter and I can see my pizza coming out of the oven. This young girl walks in the front door from the parking lot.. keys and phone in hand. No papa johns uniform or anything. Goes straight to the oven and starts cutting my pizza. She grabs a handful of pepperoncinis with her bare hand and puts them in the box on the warming rack. I 'm like, EXCUSE ME, can you wash your hands, please? You just came from your car. That 's gross, man. She looked all surprised and goes, uhhh, the sink is in the back. And i just starred at her. So she stormed off to the back in a huff, out of site. Someone else came and finished the boxing my other pizzas. Never saw her again. LOL Yuckkkkk.

This used to be a great place, but today I ordered two papadias and they had very little filling. It's definitely not worth the money, and I won't be returning.
