Papa John's Pizza - Kennesaw

Papa John's pizza is honestly just average at best. There are other pizzerias that offer a much better experience and use higher quality ingredients.

The pizza was tasty, but it wasn't quite what I expected. I ordered the BBQ chicken and Hawaiian pizza, but there was no chicken or bacon at all. They overloaded it with cheese and just drizzled BBQ sauce on top!

The service and quality of pizza at this location have declined significantly over the past month. On two separate occasions, I ordered pizzas, but the delivery person brought me the wrong order. I'm not sure what's going on with this location, but they need to address these issues quickly.

I will absolutely NEVER order from this Papa John's location. I placed my pizza order online around 9pm and the Papa Tracker kept increasing the time of my delivery. It's been nearly 2 hours and still no pizza. This location closes at 10pm and no one isavailable to assist. This is utterly ridiculous and totally unacceptable!

Stop using doordash drivers to complete orders. I did not order a doordash order. I ordered a PapaJohns order. If I wanted doordash, I would have ordered doordash. I live 10 mins away, pizza arrives barely warm and I had to have like 20 mins ofconversation with the driver because the DoorDash GPS doesnt work right on outside orders. I would have rather have a latepizza delivered by a PJ driver than go through DoorDash, especially without my consent. Awful.
