The person I said his name was Logan, but given his answer when I told him about the condition of the toilet room, I doubt that he actually was the manager. His first explanation for me was what do you want? When I told him about the problem, his next answer was So what do you expect me to do about it? Even if he didn't want to do anything about it, there was absolutely no need to be so rude and confrontative about a slightly fixed sanitary problem. I usually don't report this kind of things, but it was about the worst sanitary and customer service I've ever seen in a restaurant.
Need to train employees better. They forgot multiple bags of chips in the to-go order for my meeting (food was delivered to me). When I called, the person who answered smugly said they were free items so I could come get them if I wanted to, but they couldn't do anything else about it. I could then overhear him tell his manager the same thing with a laugh. The manager made a vague promise to make it right (that likely won't be followed through). Better customer service training needed.
I ordered some items for delivery and one was missing. I called and was very quickly put on with Logan, a manager, because neither picking it up from store nor a refund would work for me (covid, but I need food). Not only did they let me reorder it and refund the second order once it was delivered, the reorder came with some extra goodies. Food quality is as good as other Paneras, customer service is above and beyond.
If the soups had been warm, they might have been more enjoyable, but unfortunately, I can't recommend either the Turkish chili or the French onion soup; both were essentially flavorless and watery. The chicken sandwiches appeared to be hastily assembled. The delivered baguettes were not sliced, but rather torn into four pieces (one of which even looked like someone had taken a bite) and simply tossed into the bag. On a scale of one to ten: - Value for your dollar: 3 - Quality of food: 4 - Overall satisfaction: 2 In this economic climate, there are definitely better restaurants in the area that offer higher quality food, better packaging, and more value for your money when it comes to delivery.
Starting my day right. This location is great. My food was excellent. The bathrooms were nice and clean.
