No fork! No spoon! No napkin!Read the website carefully!! This is the second time I’ve placed a carry out order. This time I called to ask why no fork, spoon, no napkin. The young lady who answered explained that “Corporate” Is “saving money” by making the customer specifically ask for and enter a request for plastic ware in the order. If saving money is the goal, then why was my bag loaded up with two straws, seven ketchups, and three packets of jelly — none of which I needed. The local hostess should have the forethought to offer/ask whether the customer wants fork and napkin at pick-up for the unsuspecting customers who, silly me, thought a fork came with and entree and salad.
I been there many times and been pretty good, amazing food.Unfortunately today the food wasn't the same, was burn potatoes ? frittata not much flavor and French toast was more like two pieces of bread.Maybe new crew in the kitchen?Server was pretty good and attentive.
My family and I decided on brunch at First Watch after church. We joined the wait list online and had a 45 minute wait to be seated. Since it was our first time dining here we were excited to see so many other people waiting too. We knew the food had to be good. Our dining experience and the food was great. However, I placed a to go order which missed the mark. I ordered the avocado toast which was plated messy. I also ordered a large side of fruit for about $7 which I was completely disappointed with. The container wasn’t even half full. There was a single layer of fruit at the very bottom of the container which was 98% honeydew and 2 grapes However, the picture on the menu advertised a full container with a variety of fresh fruit to include strawberries and pineapples. Very deceiving!
I love this place when I go to this area. All the food is so wonderful. I really wish we had one in HaberSham County where I live.
