Cold Stone Creamery - Kennesaw

Believe the reviews! If you're on I-75, head to the Cold Stone Creamery at Exit 269, located at 2500 Cobb Pl Ln NW Ste 230, Kennesaw, GA 30144. I visited the Wade Green location once before, and it was a disappointing experience. After giving it another shot months later, I faced yet another issue. I ordered what I wanted, and the server claimed it was difficult to make. He then suggested I try a different flavor of ice cream, but I explained that it wouldn't be the same as my original choice. Ultimately, I decided to place a completely different order, which came to nearly $13 for a "Love It" size in a waffle cone. I expressed my disbelief at the price, especially since the location at Exit 269 is much more reasonable. He explained that the other location is corporate and they have the ability to set their own prices, which is why it’s more affordable. I told him I wouldn’t return to this location. To top it all off, while enjoying my ice cream, I found a strand of hair in it and had to throw it away. ONCE AGAIN, BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! Avoid this Wade Green location; it’s a waste of your time and money. I've had nothing but positive experiences at the Cobb Pl location.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The waffle cone was stale, and I was charged extra for the chocolate tip. I also ordered a regular milkshake, but I received a small instead. The woman at the counter insisted it was a regular size, even though it was obviously a small. I pointed out the size display that showed the difference, but she claimed the options were small or large. That's not correct; the menu clearly lists small and regular.

Usually good. No oreos in my ice cream after requesting extra.

The young ladies that helped us were super sweet and quick.
