Awful customer service cold fries I'll never be back
The steak meat tasted like rubbery over cooked steak. I requested for mushrooms and onions tomatoes added but no they did not put it on my Philly steak sandwich. The worst.
I be ordering there and there these two girls working are rude i placed a order they made my food didn’t even call the number just look at me ugly never have a smile be screaming at the customers and
I never have high expectations for mall food but my Philly from Charleys was FANTASTIC. Like — wow. Hot, fresh, and FAST. Especially around the holidays this was impressive!
