American Deli - Kennesaw

This place used to be good 2 months ago, i used to eat here once a week. Then all of a sudden it was hit or miss. No body answer the phone anymore, the cashier lady always on her phone. The wing always dry and fries are soft.

I've been to many American Deli locations. I've never had a complaint about the food before this. I ordered the steak philly and wing combo. The lemon pepper wings were good. The steak philly... not so much. It had no taste. The bread was dry. The steak had no seasoning at all... I was extremely disappointed. First time at this location and most likely the last....???????????

They have pretty decent food. And I really like their customer service. They have Grade A for cleanliness. So I don't mind eating here.

The wings are good, but good luck ever trying to order. On multiple occasions we have tried calling our order in ahead of time for pick up. The answer the phone and act like they can?t hear say. They say hello 1-2 times and then hang up. When you call them back they try to rush you off the phone when you?re trying to give your order. Customer service is beyond awful here. It would be 1 star if their wings weren?t actually decent.

The wings were VERY dry overcooked. My friend called the pigeon wings because they were so small. The cheese steak bottom bun so soggy I couldn't even pick it up. Never again.
