If you do not like your work, give up but do not treat clients badly. Bad attitude, bad service. but good food.
I would give one star if I could. I got treated by whom I believe is the owner very horribly and spoke down to as if I wasn?t even a human being. Totally embarrassed me while there were other customers in the store. I went in to get a refill for my drink from my meal that i?d purchased earlier , when subsequently got ambushed by I believe who was the owner. I was not greeted yet she told me ?you cannot refill your cup? i explained to her that I and my girls come here just about everyday maybe 2 times a day to be exact and I was familiar with the refill policy, I was going to pay. She yelled at me and told me you have to buy another cup which DDNT make sense since I already had a cup and was going to pay again anyways. The experience was horrible. She was very rude and very unprofessional. No wonder why the turnover rate is so high there. She could hv handled that totally different in a positive way because it was all so uncalled for. They?ve lost a customer for life. I?ll be sure to let my other team members know and everyone else about the horrible ,horrific unprofessional customer service i?d ever experience from anyone to stay away from that subway. Not deserving of our money
Well, I don 't think I 've as actually been to this location, but coworkers have, and recommend it. They say the staff at this location are better than some others. I still don 't like having to create my own item from scratch. The reason I 've never had Chipotle... if they would just offer basic recipe for each filling type and go from there, I would be more likely to return.
The person working won't refund my accidental double charge, so now I'm standing around waiting for the owner to come by. I didn't see her call or text him, but said he would be here in 10-15 minutes. Usually when I come to this location they're understaffed, get my order wrong, or refuse to give me more veggies. I'll be driving to a different location in the future and would recommend the same.
My bf and I ordered pizzas. She rolled her eyes and then did not ask her what we wanted on the pizzas. She preceded to put one pizza with no toppings in the microwave when I know they?re supposed to go into toaster over. We just walked out after that because she was too busy talking to her coworker. This is not the first time I walked out on her service. Please fire the ladies who had the evening shift 5:50 pm at this subway. They always move too slow and have an attitude.
