Mcdonald's - Kenner

Has improved since my last review. Was hungry so stopped to grab a bite to eat. Was in and out of drive through in only a few minutes and the food was hot and they actually let me add on apple pies to my order at the window instead of making me drive around to place another order. They did forget to give me straws with my drink. Willing to come back again. <Slow Service… Can only make 1 order in drive through Have to circle around a second time to place 2nd order. Not the best, not the worst. One clean restroom stall (out of two). Self checkout kiosks were both closed and we had to wait quite a few minutes for someone to come up to the front to take our order.

Food was hot, although I had to correct them on the order. Also, some there may not enjoy working too much, as they weren't pleasant through the drive-through. They may have had a bad day, so I'll definitely be back.

Told me it was cash only 3 days in a row. When I finally gave up and downloaded the app to put in an order they said they can't take Mobile orders. Somebody is stuffing their pockets.

Definitely not open 24 hrs. Came at 5 am and lights off. Someone inside but never acknowledged that they had a customer.
