Applebee's Grill - Kenner

Went here with my daughters because they love Applebee's. They loved it and the service was great.

Let's start with a disclaimer…our waitress was brand new (we think). Our order was taken wrong, then we were charged for the mistake. She offered to fix it but we really had to leave. The food was tasty. Nice portions. We had the 2 for $2? special. The price depends on what you order. It would be a good value if done right. Just note, some of those meals come with 2 sides of your choice and others do Not. Lastly, we were sitting at a hightop table in the bar area and a weird smell kept coming … – show

I’m not ordering anything from this Applebee’s anymore. I waited an hour to pick up my food and when I got there they made me wait another 25 minutes. When I got home I realized I was missing something from my order I called them and they refused to give me what I paid for. Put me on hold for 20 minutes and hanged up the phone. The employee on the phone was very disrespectful.

It was fine the atmosphere is ok nothing special the wait was great and the staff were polite I got the 8 Oz stake with mashed potatoes and steamed Brackley the mashed potatoes was good the steamed Brackley was better and the stake was good

Order a steak medium and it is so well done you better have a drink ready before you choke.
