I screwed up my order online they were happy to fix my order for me I even stop by time by time and the people are very friendly to me overall great place order your pizza!!!=D

They get my order wrong every time. This location is completely incompetent. They will not make it right either. Poor customer service

Last week there was a whole balled up receipt in our food. This week we ordered and paid online at 3pm. 4:30 pm comes by and no pizza. I call to gain understanding of where my order is, these unprofessional individuals tell me that the delivery driver called to get the apt number and because there was no answer he left. I put my full address including apt number on the online form. So had I answered, what more could I have done for him besides tell him the information he already had? I ask how soon can it be re-delivered and I was told 40 minutes. So 2 hours for pizza?? Oh wow. The manager LYNN, had the audacity to tell me that they have to call first before they send the order out. That's not protocol LYNN, stop with the fabrications. I order weekly, and they never call before coming. I can see if I hadn't paid for my food yet, but I did. And I order on the average. I'm done with this location. Should have been DONE when I found a balled up receipt in my food.

When I ordered that, the order was wrong! told me after I called back, they were short drivers and it would be another hour to get the pizza straight. I ordered online tonight, called and asked where my order was waiting for 40 minutes. person who answers the phone would be another hour to get my order! I said politely forget and cancel my order! not happy!
