Killarney has the best food and drinks around. The atmosphere at this restaurant is amazing. Bruce and the rest of the bartenders were fantastic! The pizza and garlic bread were absolutely delicious!

I usually strive to avoid leaving negative reviews, but in this particular case, I feel I have no choice. I am unsure of the number of times I have visited Reidys, but I am certain that after my most recent experience, I will not be returning. Upon arriving just after 9:00, we were directed to a side entrance and immediately asked to pay a €20 entrance fee. This caught us off guard, and we almost left, but we had a scheduled meeting so we begrudgingly paid. Once we were seated at our table, our friends were shocked by what had occurred. We tried to warn them, but they thought we were joking. Subsequently, more friends arrived and made fun of us, remarking that "locals don't pay to get in!" When we showed them our stamped hands, they realized we were serious. Regrettably, I must say that Reidys conforms to the negative stereotype of being a "rip-off Ireland" establishment. There are superior options in Killarney that treat all customers equally, without distinct rules for locals and non-locals. I used to revel in visiting Reidys for coffee, lunch, or a night out, but I will not be returning.

The bouncers exhibited unacceptable behavior when they allowed another male to take drinks on 30/07/23. The company appears to prioritize attracting tourists over local customers. It was disgraceful to force customers who had been there since 2 PM to leave earlier. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

Lovely pub. Surprising space inside. Food options include good gluten free option during daytime menu. Pizza was the only food on the evening of our first visit. Website states gluten free bases but when asked no bases available. Dissapointing but not uncommon at restaurants who seem to prefer to advertise it's available rather than constantly stock the bases. On our second afternoon visit gluten free options were available with an excellent steak sandwich. Staff very friendly and service attentive during afternoon food service. Just some issues for coeliacs that they can easily fix

I usually don't leave reviews, but I had to make an exception to commend Sean and Aine for their outstanding service. They were both very friendly, fun, and attentive. I had a wonderful evening and felt completely relaxed. Well done, guys! The coffee and food here are always top-notch as well.
