Dairy Queen - Kenedy

The Blizzard ice cream tasted like it had been accidentally microwaved with food. The fries were not fried well and had a strong odor of hot potatoes. The staff was friendly but lacked professionalism.

This is the only Dairy Queen in the city. The staff can be friendly, but they may come off as a bit cold towards customers. The food is good, but they should pay more attention to the orders. It is important to make sure they fill the fry boxes completely, as sometimes they only give a few fries and leave the box more than half empty. If you request a full box, the manager may become annoyed, but stand your ground and insist on a full order. Ultimately, you are paying for a complete box of fries.

I believe they overcooked their burgers to a charred state. If I wanted that, I would have gone to Burger King. Please cook the patties to a proper temperature.

I ordered an salate. paid for it. waited 25 minutes, then without them. $15 per hour?

Today is the last time I go here, I’m done giving chances. My soup wasn’t even soup it was literally just dumplings it was so bad and dry. Soup should be dry lol especially chicken and dumplings. Then when I asked for fries they gave me a sprite, which is fine I can see where they got confused but When I stated it was a dr pepper with large fries I get an attitude and then they hand me a drink of sprite mixed with dr pepper, like are you kidding me. everytime I come here my food is nasty or its wrong in some way. Then they like to argue back. Horrible. Nice to know you hire people who obviously don’t care about the customer or the company ??
