Arby's - Kenai

I went in and made a rather large order in drive threw. I looked in my bags and thought i was missing a large fry and went in and got it. However upon getting home i noticed i have an extra fry. I am so sorry i went in and said i was missing it. Yall were absolutely amazing. Everything was great

Great fast food and solid service. It was only a few minutes until our order for three adults was ready. The lobby could use some updates. They also sell 8lb bags of ice for $2.99.

They were out of roast beef at lunch time, apparently a roast just came out of the oven and needs to sit for 30 minutes before being served. I would have given five stars, but they waited to tell me until I was at the pickup window.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant! The crew always have a smile on their face and the food is always amazing and comes out even faster! Love my kenai arbys crew!!

Great fast courtois service! Good food... coffee is inexpensive to make good money maker, cold weather would sell alot and keep people coming back more often...
