Had my best steak ever today there. Been eating here for 20 years. Just recently started having a bowl of chili and it is pretty dang good. I like to sit in the bar especially on saturdays. Conlan is the greatest! The staff is always great and very accommodating

After a needless wait for a table, the waitress took a her time before approaching us about our order. She wasn't rude but not kind either. After I had ordered my meal and specified which sides I wanted she made it sound like the Steak came with some sort of mushroom and shrimp, cooked with it. I even clarified. Turns out my entire table was charged extra for mushrooms and shrimp, which no one asked for, and no one ate. The steak was underwealming. The chef over seasoned one of them, and under cooked another. The loaded baked potato was tasty and exactly how I had ordered it. Everyone enjoyed their salad. A manager at one point came over and asked how things were, when we specified that one of the steaks was over seasoned she laughed and blew it off. She did offer to have it changed but this was after she realized that she was the only one laughing. Over all I rate the experience a 4 out of 10

Littleton Colorado Ordered a beer and 6oz. Sirloin medium. Never got the beer, steak was well done and crispy on one side. Ask about beer, it came after I had eaten most of my meal.... I declined it. They immediately cooked me another well done steak. Did not eat much of it. I just ate some and left. They did discount the meal 2 dollars. First time I have had a really bad meal from any Texas Roadhouse. I eat at the one in Pueblo, Co. weekly, it is never a miss. It is great service and steak every time!
